1. Who provides the services

The website innovacg.com and related materials are published under the brand INNOVA Consulting Group (“INNOVA”, “we”, “us”). The website is operated by INNOVA CG LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17390819, registered office: 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom). Engagements with clients in the United Kingdom and the European Union are contracted with INNOVA CG LTD; engagements with clients in Canada are contracted with INNOVA CONSULT LTD., a Canadian federal corporation (corporation number 1522612-1, registered office: 2164 Montreal Road, Unit 5, Ottawa, Ontario K1J 1G4, Canada). For other jurisdictions, the contracting entity is named in the individual proposal and engagement letter.

For fintech and virtual-asset businesses, INNOVA provides regulatory and licensing advisory only. We do not hold, exchange, transfer or otherwise handle client funds or crypto-assets, and we do not provide exchange, OTC or cash-out services. Our fees are paid in fiat currency by bank transfer. In the United Kingdom, company formation and accounting services are delivered together with partner firms supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

2. Informational nature of content

These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the contracting group legal entity providing services for the specific project; applicable law and dispute resolution are fixed in the individual contract. Disputes are resolved by the competent court of the relevant jurisdiction unless otherwise expressly agreed by the parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site after changes are published, you accept the revised version. The current version is always available on this page.
